Mind games

Today, the first chess tournament took place at the Omsk Electromechanical Plant.

The event is dedicated to the celebration of international chess day, which has been celebrated since 1966. The intellectual competitions were attended by employees of the Omsk Electromechanical Plant of various activities, we especially note the youngest participant in the competition, who was not inferior in skill to older and experienced rivals.

As a result of the blitz tournament, the prizes were distributed as follows: the third place was taken by Alexander Chekanov, the second place was taken by the young participant Ilya Pekutovsky, and the winner was Sergey Menshikov.

The winners received diplomas and memorable gifts, and all participants received experience and good training for the mind.
